1. Acceptance of these Terms

EdgeStack AI ("EdgeStack," "we," "us," or "our") provides daily fantasy sports ("DFS") lineup intelligence and optimization software available at edgestackai.com and related applications (the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What EdgeStack is

EdgeStack is software that helps you build, weight, simulate, review, and export DFS lineups for platforms such as DraftKings and FanDuel. It is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. To be explicit about what the Service is not:

• EdgeStack does not access, connect to, or control your DraftKings, FanDuel, or any other DFS or sportsbook account.
• EdgeStack does not enter contests, place wagers, or submit lineups on your behalf. You export your lineups as a file and upload them yourself on the DFS platform of your choice.
• EdgeStack does not hold, transfer, or manage funds of any kind — no deposits, entry fees, bankrolls, prizes, or winnings ever pass through EdgeStack.
• EdgeStack is not a sportsbook, casino, gambling operator, or DFS contest operator.

In short: EdgeStack AI is a software, data analytics, and lineup optimization tool. We do not operate a sportsbook, casino, gambling platform, DFS contest operator, or wagering service. We do not accept wagers, hold user contest funds, enter contests on behalf of users, place bets, guarantee winnings, or provide financial, gambling, legal, or tax advice.

Lineup projections, rankings, simulations, ownership estimates, and similar outputs are models and estimates, not statements of fact or predictions of any specific outcome.

3. No guaranteed results

Daily fantasy sports involve risk. EdgeStack does not guarantee any winnings, profit, return, ranking, or outcome. Past performance of any model, projection, or lineup does not indicate future results. Participation in DFS contests may be restricted or prohibited in certain states, regions, and jurisdictions, and may be subject to age requirements. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of DFS platforms is legal where you are located and for complying with all applicable laws and platform rules.

You should not use EdgeStack or participate in DFS contests with money you cannot afford to lose. EdgeStack does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or gambling advice. You are solely responsible for your DFS decisions, contest entries, bankroll decisions, tax obligations, and compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.

4. Eligibility & your responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age required for DFS participation in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using EdgeStack you represent that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for:

• Reviewing every lineup before you export or upload it, and making all final decisions yourself;
• Verifying player availability, salaries, rosters, and contest rules on the DFS platform before entry;
• Complying with the terms, rules, and eligibility requirements of any DFS platform you use; and
• Complying with all laws applicable to you, including those governing DFS participation.

5. Accounts

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Subscriptions & billing

EdgeStack AI offers a free tier and paid subscription plans, billed by AB Technology Group LLC. All payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually) and renew automatically at the then-current rate for your plan until canceled. Certain promotional or "founding member" rates, where offered, apply only as described at the time of purchase.

Prices are listed before applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We may calculate, collect, and remit applicable sales, use, or similar taxes where required by law. Taxes may be added at checkout or reflected on your invoices or receipts. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for your subscription and any applicable taxes.

7. Cancellation & refunds

7-day money-back guarantee. For first-time paid subscribers, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on the initial subscription purchase. To request a refund, contact us within seven (7) days of your initial purchase at edgestackai@gmail.com.

The 7-day guarantee applies only to your first paid subscription purchase and is limited to one refund per person, account, and payment method. It does not apply to renewal charges, future billing periods, accounts that violate these Terms, account abuse, or attempts to bypass plan limits. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor (Stripe).

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings, or by contacting us at edgestackai@gmail.com. When you cancel, your paid access generally continues through the end of the current billing period, and your plan will not renew thereafter.

Except for the 7-day money-back guarantee described above, and except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us and we will review the situation in good faith.

Canceling your subscription does not automatically delete your EdgeStack account or saved data. You may request deletion of your account or personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its outputs without our written permission;
• Copy, scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data, models, or content from the Service;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code or underlying models, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• Share, transfer, or provide access to your account to others, or circumvent plan limits or access controls;
• Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure; or
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the Service if we believe you have violated these Terms, abused the Service, shared your account, attempted to bypass plan limits, failed to pay subscription fees, initiated fraudulent payment activity, or used the Service in a way that creates legal, security, operational, or reputational risk for EdgeStack.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Cancellation of a paid subscription is handled as described in the Cancellation & Refunds section.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, models, projections, design, text, and other content, is owned by EdgeStack or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms and your active subscription, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own DFS lineup-building purposes. Lineups you create and export are yours to use; the underlying software and models remain ours. All EdgeStack names and logos are our trademarks.

11. Third-party platforms & non-affiliation

EdgeStack is an independent product. EdgeStack is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with DraftKings, FanDuel, or any other DFS or sportsbook operator, nor with any sports league, team, player, or governing body. All third-party names, marks, and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification and compatibility purposes. Your use of any third-party platform is governed by that platform's own terms, and EdgeStack is not responsible for third-party services.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service, its data, or its projections will be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time. Sports data is sourced from third parties and may contain delays, gaps, or errors.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgeStack and its owners, operators, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost winnings, lost data, or losses arising from your DFS participation, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to EdgeStack in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EdgeStack and its owners and operators from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your DFS participation, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where superseded by applicable mandatory law.
