1. Scope

This policy applies to EdgeStack AI ("EdgeStack," "we," "us," or "our") and the EdgeStack DFS lineup intelligence software available at edgestackai.com and related applications (the "Service"). It explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

Account information

When you create an account, we collect your email address, your name (entered when you create an account), and your subscription / access tier (for example, free or a specific paid plan).

Billing information

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe collects and handles your payment details directly. EdgeStack AI does not store your full payment card number. We receive limited billing-related information from Stripe — such as your subscription status, plan/tier, and Stripe customer and subscription identifiers — so we can manage your access.

App usage & activity

To operate the Service and keep your account secure, we record limited activity such as login and session activity, which sport/slate you load, and lineup actions you take (for example, generating, saving, or exporting a lineup). This helps us provide features like saved lineups, enforce plan limits, and detect abuse.

Saved lineups

If you save lineups, we store the lineup data you save (such as the players selected and related settings) so you can review, compare, and re-export them later.

Local storage

The Service uses your browser's local storage to keep you signed in (your authentication session) and to remember your in-app settings and working state — for example, your selected sport, factor weights, locked or excluded players, exposure caps, saved lineups, slate notes, and recently loaded slate data. This information stays in your browser. EdgeStack AI does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Logs

Like most web services, our infrastructure providers automatically record technical logs (such as IP address, browser/device type, timestamps, and error information) for security, debugging, and reliability. EdgeStack AI does not run third-party analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking tools. If we add privacy-respecting product analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.

What we do not collect: EdgeStack does not connect to your DraftKings, FanDuel, or other DFS accounts, and we do not collect your DFS account credentials, balances, deposits, or winnings.

3. How we use information

• Operate the Service — provide lineup building, optimization, simulation, and export features;
• Provide and manage access — authenticate you, apply your subscription tier and plan limits;
• Improve our models and product — analyze aggregate usage and outcomes to refine projections and features;
• Support you — respond to questions and provide customer support;
• Protect the Service — maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms; and
• Process payments — manage subscriptions and billing through Stripe.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Service providers & sharing

We share information only as needed with trusted service providers that help us run EdgeStack, and only for the purposes described above:

We use third-party sports-data providers to supply sports statistics, projections, odds, injuries, schedules, salaries, and related sports information used by EdgeStack. These providers generally supply sports data to us and are not intended to receive EdgeStack account information such as your name, email address, billing information, saved lineups, or subscription status.

In limited cases, these providers may receive technical information necessary to deliver their services, such as API request metadata from our systems. We do not sell your personal information to sports-data providers.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition), subject to this policy.

5. Local storage & cookies

EdgeStack AI uses your browser's local storage — not advertising or tracking cookies — to keep you signed in and to remember your in-app preferences and working state. Authentication is handled by Supabase, which stores your login session in your browser so you don't have to sign in repeatedly. You can clear this data through your browser settings, but doing so will sign you out and reset your saved preferences. EdgeStack AI does not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Data retention

We retain account, activity, and saved-lineup information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Billing records are retained by Stripe and by us as required for tax and accounting purposes. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

7. Your choices & deletion

You can review and update certain account information from within the Service, and you can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time from your account settings. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or that we close your account, by contacting us at edgestackai@gmail.com.

We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law. Some information may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legitimate business purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. If we introduce analytics, advertising, or data-sharing practices that require additional notice or opt-out rights under applicable law, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any required choices.

8. Children & minors

EdgeStack is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old (or the minimum age required for DFS participation in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher). The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and we rely on established providers (such as Supabase and Stripe) for secure authentication and payment handling. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
