    Summary: EdgeStack AI is a DFS research and optimization tool. By using it you agree not to copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute our software. We're not responsible for your contest results. Be respectful, don't abuse the platform.
  

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EdgeStack AI ("EdgeStack", "we", "us", "our") at edgestackai.com or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, source code, design, data models, simulation engines, and content on EdgeStack AI are the exclusive intellectual property of EdgeStack AI and are protected by United States and international copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of EdgeStack AI's software or codebase.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from EdgeStack AI.
You may not scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from EdgeStack AI for any purpose.
You may not use EdgeStack AI's name, logo, or branding without prior written consent.
Violations will be pursued to the fullest extent of applicable law.

3. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, EdgeStack AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial DFS research purposes. This license does not include:

Reselling or sublicensing access to EdgeStack AI
Using EdgeStack AI to build competing products or services
Automated access, bots, or scripts without prior written permission
Commercial use of EdgeStack AI's outputs or data beyond personal DFS contest entry

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account. EdgeStack AI reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Founding member rates are locked at the rate active at time of subscription and will not increase for that tier as long as the subscription remains active. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

EdgeStack AI reserves the right to modify pricing for new subscribers at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Disclaimer — DFS and Financial Risk

EdgeStack AI is a research and optimization tool only. It does not guarantee contest winnings or financial returns.

Daily Fantasy Sports involves real money and financial risk. EdgeStack AI's projections, simulations, and recommendations are based on statistical models and publicly available data. Past performance of any tool, model, or lineup does not guarantee future results.

You are solely responsible for your own DFS contest decisions and entries.
EdgeStack AI is not liable for any financial losses incurred through DFS contest participation.
DFS may be restricted or illegal in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use EdgeStack AI for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
Interfere with or disrupt EdgeStack AI's servers or infrastructure
Use EdgeStack AI to harass, harm, or defraud others
Impersonate EdgeStack AI or its team members
Use EdgeStack AI in violation of any DFS platform's terms of service

8. Data and Privacy

EdgeStack AI collects account information (email, subscription status) and usage data to provide and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Lineup data you save is stored securely and is only accessible to your account.

By using EdgeStack AI you consent to the collection and use of data as described above.

9. Third-Party Services

EdgeStack AI integrates with third-party services including DraftKings, Supabase, and The Odds API. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms of service. EdgeStack AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by DraftKings or FanDuel.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgeStack AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform.

11. Modifications

EdgeStack AI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.
